Order flow: guest orders → waiter accepts → bar makes it and taps Ready → waiter's phone rings → waiter serves → stock goes down.
Real app adds: shared live data for the whole café, invite links that log people into your café, alerts on locked phones, secure table QR codes, Macedonian language, and fiscal receipts.
